Does anyone know what the Skyline in Coney Mall was before it was Skyline? (as in, what type of food they served)

If it was called The Lunch Basket, was it only open for lunch? I mean, that would make sense, hence the name.......

That photo is from 1997... Skyline appeared somewhere before then and the location kept the same "Lunch Basket" name switching the mystery menu to skyline.

...which had been very similar to the then Humble Pie...McDonald's style cheeseburgers, hamburgers and fries...Coke and Coke products...
