A nice addition to the park IMO. Low capacity but i think everything will be ok.

For those of you who dont know him he Built Power Tower at Cedar Point just to give you a Idea of what Kind of Rides he makes. S&S .

House
This Memorial day we weekend we plan on going to Holiday World, but if the weather is not nice then we might go to Dollyworld and also hiking. Does anybody know of some good places to go hiking? Also what is Dolllywood like? Is it worth a 7 hour car ride? Any Hotel Recommendations, or what to ride and when in the park? Any other helpful tips would be appreciated.
Avatar
House there is so much to do in the Pigeon Forge, Gatlnburg area. As far as hiking as you enter the Smokey Mountain National Forest go into the visitor center and they have tons of hiking maps that offers something for every level of hiker, the rangers will also help make some suggestions too. Dollywood is worth the trip and you will probably start planning a return trip shortly after you leave.I suggest going online to find a place just remember the phrase "you get what you pay for" truly applies here. We visited last 4th of July and the area was WAY TOO crowded but Dollywood on the 4th was not bad. We also encountered 3 black bears on our hiking trial and one of them walked out onto the trial within 15-20 feet from us. Do make sure if you can to walk a trial as it very scenic and a great family memory. Here is a picture of my daughter and me on one such trial we took. We are in the upper right hand side close to the falls.
CoastersRZ
And I also recommend a visit towards the end of the year to check out Dollywood's Smoky Mountain Christmas. It is a wonderful event!

PhantomTheater
http://www.nps.gov/grsm/index.htm All you need to know about the National Park. Be warned it gets very dark in the park at night.
