PKIc v PKIU

Featured Replies

At PKI, sometimes different areas will challenge another area at some game. Last year OC rides played AZ rides in putt-putt. It's a great way to have fun with other people. Also, it's a way to give bragging rights to an area.

Heres my idea, PKIC v PKIU at Laser Web. 3 matches, one winner. No prizes will be given, except the glory of representing your favorite unofficial PKI website and possibly leading it to victory. To make it fair, some people may be moved from one team to the other until the teams are equal. Only rule is you must be a registered member on the other site to be switched. I will play on wichever team has less people, since I am a member of both.

I do not have any dates or times planned out, just wanted to pitch the idea to you guys. Remember, bragging rights could be on the line!

Thanks but no thanks. PKIU and PKIC have a working relationship and its better to co exist. I think the quality of a sites conent and how it presents itself shall be the overal deciding factor. If its good people will come.

Plus have you ever used PKI's Laser tag stuff its blows and so does the arena.

I know, I'm talking about Laser Web, not PKI. Laser Web has good equipment, PKI's blows.

And as you said, they co-exist. What a better way to co-exist that have a PKIU/PKIC day with both websites, instead of just one.

Wow... Without offending anyone, i'd like to say that this thread reeks of uber-dorkiness. But laser tag is fun.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Well considering I worked at Laser Web I guess it wouldn't be legal for me to play huh?

Kind of off subject, but how old is the laser tag at PKI? Didn`t that building used to house a movie that is simlar in experience but on a much smaller scale to imax? I remember sitting on the floor and watching a movie in a building at PKI, but I don`t know if it was in the laser tag building.

I actually remember seeing a movie that features some on ride photage from a wooden roller coaster that was painted white, but it wasn`t The Racer. Am I just dreaming that up?

Actually, I see it as a good opportunity for everyone to meet eachother. I pray to god that it doesn't turn into a bunch of bitterness between the sites.

Why don't we consider doing this once the season starts? We just have to remember that we're all FRIENDS with a COMMON INTEREST and that we'd be meeting for a GAME not a fight.

Simply not possible. I refuse to accept the contemptible bulge of fecal matter that is pouring out of your gargantuanly abhorrent statement.

Can't be that great of a relationship if you cannot play a friendly game of laser tag.

I would think that if one team has more players and the other team is lacking, then those who belong to both sites would go to the team that is lacking. Just a thought though.

See, that's why it was fun to flood the DOT track... Because rides people say funny things like that. cool.gif

Um... I think I said I would do that if one site had more than the other.

Well since everyone is *****ing at everyone else, lets just find another place to meet. We don't have to go somewhere to battle between sites. We could all meet at a place to eat that isn't that expensive. Someone, forsay me, if we knew people would come could just call the resturaunt ahead and reserve alot of seating for everyone. Then no fighting, and just the 2 sites talking about PKI for a couple hours. biggrin.gif

PKIC and PKIU would just like you to know that we do NOT endorse a "PKIC vs. PKIU" battle. If you guys want to meet at a laser tag arena as a pre-season "party" for members of both sites, that is fine with us. But we do NOT endorse any type of "PKIC vs. PKIU" battle.

I Knew you people did it on purpose!! mad.gif

Hmmm... well I will probably go forward with this idea, but drop the PKIU v PKIC theme. Teams would be broken up by whichever team they wish. When I have time (I'm in the middle of auditions for my school musical) I will set the date and time up.
