jdawg1998 Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Not to start a flame war, but I'm not sure if I'll make a trip to Holiday World this year. I love the park dearly, but with nothing new to offer, I'm just not sure that I'll be willing to shell out the money. While their coasters are fun, Raven and Legend aren't memorable. Voyage is one of my all time favorite coasters but I agree with others, it hurts. On top of that, I think I might go to Coastermania this year. I haven't been before, it's free with Platinum Passes, and it interests my dad a whole lot more. They have the new Santa's Sleigh ride! Go have some fun on that! Everyone's a kid somewhere. Quote

KIfan1980 Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Understand your opinion Kevin, but have to agree with Terpy that Raven is an awesome coaster - I literally could enjoy riding that all day. I also enjoy Voyage, so a visit to Holiday World is likely going to happen for me this summer. As for Coatermania, I completely understand either decision that would be made HWN or CM, and if your Dad is driving, it's nice that you think of him as well Quote

74Gibson Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 My daughter...and therefore my family, are very excited. We love our trips. God family fun and empty ques during those hot days... Of course followed by play in the water:) I typed something else first but... I guess if nothing new is a deal breaker for someone that's their deal and hope you enjoy some vacationing or trips somewhere but I can't wait to go back to HW! Quote
