This is the Shoot-the-Chutes at White City in Louisville. These were mainstay rides at most early twentieth century parks. Also of note it the Figure Eight side friction coaster to the right. Check out Shorpy for other wonderful photos from the past. BTW, most of these photos are from the Library of Congress collection that they clean up and digitally adjust to improve the image quality.
