In the topic title, yes...but in the original post, no....

From the very first post in the thread:

Since this is mostly a forum about Kings Island, we can just keep this to how specifically you would operate KI if you could do so. If I were making decisions at KI...

That poster realized that if you ran Kings Island, but not Cedar Fair itself, under at least the current management, you'd probably have to have approval from Sandusky for even the smallest of measures. Certainly what you have proposed yourself could not be done without approval from Sandusky, including, most likely, that of the Board of Directors. If you only ran Kings Island, so long as it was part of Cedar Fair, you would not be doing what you have proposed. If you ran Kings Island as a standalone park, and you did what you propose, chances are excellent you wouldn't run it very long, if you could even get financing for such a proposal....especially in this day and age.

If I ran the park I would fix up and repave the parking lot, oh and bring the 70's look back when they had themed areas.
