derbeast
Will you be more likely to go see a show since Paramount Theater got remodeled? I think I'll go see a show this year.
AZ Kinda Guy
I saw the one that was there last season. It was never the quality of the venues that stopped me from going to the shows. More like the quality of the shows themselves.
coasterrz
I agree with AX Kinda Guy. It had never been the quality of the venue, but the actual quality of the show. Back when they used to have Paramount on Ice in the Festhaus, if memory serves me correct, that place would be packes, and that was without having any seat directly facing the stage! Now, I think that making improvements can`t hurt. If anything, it will make people interested in the building any try a show. I personally am glad that they are putting in theater style seats, as the old seats had seen there day. Now if only this show can prove to be of high quality, then the park will have a real winner. I normally only see the show that is in the Paramount Theater once a year, except I would see the magic shows a couple times a year. I don`t really bother with the singing shows in the outside venues.
stephenmayes
I agree with the comments that the quality of the shows were never super, but I always got what I expected. It's an amusement park not a Hollywood sound stage. The show was always a way for me to just sit in the AC and cool down before going back into the park Steve
coasterdudeOH
I rarely go see the shows like I used to, but with the changes in place for the theater, yes, I will go and check it out.
Magic41445
I agree with the comments that the quality of the shows were never super, but I always got what I expected. It's an amusement park not a Hollywood sound stage. The show was always a way for me to just sit in the AC and cool down before going back into the park Steve I agree, but then again if PKI wants to separate itself from other seasonal theme parks and bill itself as a true park where you can "experience hollywood", like universal, it has to step up the quality of its shows. Now upgrading all of the technical and aethetic elements of the theatre is a big step forward in acheiving this objective, but then again without a good script and performers, you still have nothing. So this coming season I look forward to the park hopefully making the best use out of their newly renovated million dollar facility and push the envelope by not giving what the typical park goer expects out of an amusement park production, but rather exceed our expectations.

teenageninja
I don't know this sounds like a Universal style show, showing you how a show is made is cool. I'm looking forward to seeing the show.
