Going to be a Packed Weekend

Featured Replies

If what's been seen this week so far, it may be a bad weekend. It's been more crowded than usual for week days this week, for some reason.

... Yeah, I think I'll stay far away from the park this weekend. Although I think last year, it wasn't too bad, compared to the freedom concert/other concerts at least...

I'll be at Coney instead.

When are you going to be at Coney? Keep in mind that July 3rd is THE busiest day of the season at Coney! That being said, there are lots of fun and unique activities going on at Coney that day, from live music to hot air balloons to Rozzi`s Famous Fireworks over Lake Como. If you plan on attending, get there early. Crows usually aren`t that bad early in the day, and parking goes up to $10 (from $7) at 2pm in the afternoon!

This week and next is when most coal miners have vacation...so there is no doubt a bunch of people from KY and WV there.

I am going tuesday, I hope the crowds die down by then.

Don't count on it. This is Spirit Song week. It will be crowded everyday.
