WesReviews
Wow... looks like Six Flags has rebuilt King Cobra! Even a similar paint scheme. Take a look at this thing!
teenageninja
This ride has almost no similarity to KC except for the drop into the loop. After that it's completely different. Also green and orange compared to green and yellow?
WesReviews
Well I didn't literally mean they rebuilt the exact same coaster. Just some cool visual similarities, I thought.
Gordon Bombay
That paint scheme looks awful, but it's not as painful on the eyes as the ride is on the riders.
kingsrattler
I have to agree with Gordon, Stand-Up B&M's have to be one of the most painful riding experiences. The only time I ride them is when I visit a new park to see if this one might be the one that changes my mind on them.. Still haven't found it. Gordon Bombay
^From what I've heard, the one at SFOG is good and the one that CHANGed into Green Lantern at SFGADV apparently rides smooth. (Credit to Terpy for the pun). Wasn't there a rumor going around that these stand ups could be retro-fitted with floorless trains?
jcgoble3
The only B&M stand-up (in fact, only stand-up period) I've ridden is Mantis, but I found nothing painful about it. In fact, I loved it; Mantis is currently my #4 steel coaster out of 24. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
kingsrattler
^Mantis gets a yearly obligatory ride, then I'm done with it. It's either reminding me that I am male, or crushing my calves from me keeping it from reminding me I'm male.
bkroz
Of the stand-up coasters I've been on, Iron Wolf was by far the worst.
The Interpreter
Of the stand-up coasters I've been on, Iron Wolf was by far the worst. No need to make riding it sound like the apocalypse.
UnrealNightmare
I rode it on it's last day at SFGam, and I was happy to say good riddens to it.
