Nice to see that he has confidence in his product. There certainly seems to be a HUGE shift in the atmosphere of Cedar Fair's culture.

And I continue to wonder how things will play out at the parks, and what new strategies/policies will be implemented this season and in future seasons.

Not to mention that without all the micro-managing, many in the company may feel a bit more comfortable in their day to day jobs and decision making. I think it's safe to say that we can already see this in the PR departments.
