Apparently, her younger brother, TOGO-un, drank too much VE (Korean wing-rider whiskey) and was now in a VE-KOMA! To make matters worse, there were no donors anywhere to help supply TOGO-un with heart-lines and stuff to keep him going. HUSSy's sister, SS, suggested CEEJEE-EYE, which, although somewhat a new treatment, could put TOGO-un back on a top rail.
