There already is an age limit. It is said in the ToS that you must be 13 to post. For certain people in the world, that is a good rule, but for those like ohiocolts, age doesn't appropriately show his maturity. As Terpy said, age is not a proxy for maturity. If it were, at the age of 13, everyone in the world would be respectful, schooled, and kind. I'm sure we've all met people where this isn't the case.

Well, you are on TPR (or someone is using your name) and as recently as yesterday were suggesting that Son of Beast's trains had been cleaned up and repaired [for testing?]. Then today on that site, you claimed that you'd heard people were walking the track and inspecting the ride. You certainly didn't hear that here, where it was a rumor about a week ago that was quickly squashed, but you brought it up there like it was brand new which we know it isn't... I'm confused, I guess.
