Knott’s Berry Farm officials say they’ve tweaked menus at nearly every food stand in the theme park. During a food tasting event this weekend, Register reporter and videographer Jaryd Lucero captured reaction to the fancier foods — which included items such as grilled flank steak, ice cream cookie sandwiches and veggie burgers.

I love how in all the park brochures from the 70's, food was just as much an attraction as the rides. KI seems to have gotten back to more of that this season, but for years the best restaurant at KI was the Skyline across the street.
