SonofBaconator
Water Parks have a theme all their own. They could be tropical like the Beach, outdoorsy like Great Wolf Lodge, or even just a plain beach theme like Soak City. I love the Great Wolf Lodge's water park because it is so unique how they mix the great outdoors feel with the fun of a water park. Whats your favorite type of water park? McSalsa
^Water Parks can also have wintery themes, like Blizzard Beach @ Disney World. And Splashin' Safari, Holiday World's Waterpark, has a safari theme. There are actually more ways to theme a water park than you listed. There is also...generic. Aka the "Blah" theme. I voted tropical island though. Just seems to match a waterpark so well.
rcwizard13
I voted Australian. Back before Soak City was announced, I was in Boomerang Bay and I thought, "what a great theme!" It's very unique and not really seen anywhere else. The faded paint blends in, the names sound great, way better than that other stupid generic "Soak City" theme Cedar Fair uses. And then I learned the news of the worst change KI has ever made.

Hank
I really haven't been to many water parks, mainly because I'm diabetic and I have to be really careful with my feet - must wear water shoes, but even then, they get sloshy and cause blisters which, in turn, usually get infected - or they will halt the rest of my day at the park. With that, I think the park at KI is very good. The Disney World parks are very nice. I guess i would rate them the best. Great Wolf is nice for indoors but I've never been to Kalahari so I really cannot compare. In case anyone cares.....if you're ever up Frankenmuth Michigan way, Zehnder's Splash Village hotel/indoor water park is very nice - and they are expanding! The rooms are simply beautiful and the water area is spit-spot, Mary Poppins clean.

BB1
I told you others liked BB.... It feels great to come back to this, and yes, when there is a topic about this, i must vote. To be honest, I do like the Aussie theme, but I like the tropical theme as well, to be exact the Typhoon Lagoon. By the way, you forgot one major theme, concrete.
