Thanks to alert guests and quick-thinking employees, everyone got out before the collapse occurred, but it's still a bit shocking.

I can say it was a nice resort because well 3 years ago me and my family went to it. Everything was very clean their was plenty to do. It was a short hop away from Disney too. A bad time to review the place but i'd give it a 4.5/5. At the time we were their.

Thank goodness no one was hurt! The staff (at least when we went) was very nice and had best interest in guests.
