They are only supposed to enter if you invite them in or for an emergency. Pretty sure there are laws about that. Landlords must give 24 hours notice to enter a dwelling that they rent, and the tenants have to let them in. Being a landlord, I have run into this question many times. Yes the wheels are metal, wrapped with thick rubber, as to why they last so long. As far as tehr est of the car, most of it has metal in it, with the exception of the body. But the restraints have metal in them (they are covered in foam), The posts you stand against are all metal. I would bet 90% of the ride is metal, and they can probably do ok on trading it in as scrap. Can we all get off the apartment thing, since this isn't an apartment forum, and get back on topic?
