yesterday i was riding FoF they had the lights on. To my lookings i had seen the cars to the king cobra inside the building OF fof. i was told that they were stored there for a reason. they were selling it to South America but the cars were stored there they couldn`t send it to SA

No, the track is in two different locations in the park, and the weeds around them is growing and the paint fading. So most likely you just can't see them anymore through the weeds. Hopefully it finds a good home soon. If, I had a couple million I'd buy it just to protect it from the rust pile.

Oh geezs... get over it! KC is dead and may it rest in peace!! the Drum to FoF is much bigger than it appears and is used for storage. The cars have been in the drum since we took apart the ride.

yeah i don't know if KC will find a home. It is getting all rusty and unlikely to be operated somewhere else. It had it's time in PKI and that is probably it.

I agree. Once the track gets rusty and stuff, it gets pretty useless. I hate to say it, but PKI might be better off on just selling the track for scrap metal. I don't know what they would do with the trains though.. there has to be a stand-up looper somewhere in America..

Even if there is a stand up looper, that doesn't mean that the Cobra trains would fit that track.... they most likely woudn't!

They'll fit shockwave at PKD.

They'll also fit on Skyrider at PCW.

I think you guys are all kidiing yourselves. I think that eventually, King Cobra is gonna end up in the scrap yard, and all PKI will get out of it, is the money in scrap metal.

i agree, i don't think King Cobra is going anywhere but a scrap yard. It's been laying around rusting, i don't expect to see it anywhere soon or at all.

Why dont they make the track scrap metal, and sell each individual car to people. I know that i would be willing to buy one(but only if they were going to sell them for $100-$250)that would be so cool to have one of those in your garage! I can just see me and my friends pushing each other around in one of those! They could also sell(If they kept it, the sign in front of the quene line. They might as well if King Cobra never sells. I would also want The Racer sign that they replaced this year, and also the old PKI sign in front of the fountains. They could make some money from their "old junk" and become my prised treasure.

Kings Island keeps all their old signs. I wouldn't expect them to part with any of them. The old PKI sign in front of the fountain is now the new PKI sign in front of the fountain. They just took it out of the dirt hill attached some supports to it and stood it up.

I would do almost anything for a cobra car but it's impossible I would love it though.

Um... landlords aren't allowed to do that. That is invasion of privacy. They are only supposed to enter if you invite them in or for an emergency. Pretty sure there are laws about that.

I doubt PKi would ever be willing to sel any parts of the ride, since they would most likely get more money from it by turning it into scrap because of all the metal used in the cars, track, supports, etc.

I think that she would tell me to put it out in the Garage and I would probably be finned.

well i the body of the cars are fiberglass, then the wheels are made of (i dont know but they arent metal)then yea the rest is prolly metal, but there isnt enough to get very much money. My dad is a plant manager at a welding and manufacturing place, and he said that when they mess something up and scrap it, they really dont get very much for it, but with the track you would get a good amount of money but since the cars do not have very much metal, they would prolly make more money selling them to people.

It's not expected it, it's inspected. You wouldn't get fined, and you could have fun getting that car into your room because I'm sure it weighs about a 1000 pounds.

No offense, but that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I'd be taking my landlord (if I had one) to court for this stupidity. They can't find you for stupid stuff like that. Sad thing is you actually paid it. By the way landlords may come inspect whatever the hell they want and go wherever they want. It's their property. There's a fine line with how far people can go, and if you get fined (not finned) for tanning; that's crossing the line.

I can't take her to court or anything because she wont tell anyone the actual owners name or anything. So we're all screwed. And it was only 5 bucks.

yes i wouldn't mind having a cobra car but i'd want it to be one of the front cars of the trains. i don't know where i'd put it though
