The rumor for the past several years is that the park would be getting a Giga/Giant drop ride attached to KK's tower, similar in concept to LL:DOD at Magic Mountain. I have even heard this rumor from a reliable park worker and with these new supports, I think this pretty much confirms it. Could they be for a coaster? Someone said "Exciting, but then I can no longer say I've ridden the tallest Drop Tower anymore... " (Assuming they visited SFMM and rode Lex Luthor's Drop of Doom) and SFGAdv responed "Then come ride it!"...hmm, I'd say with the colors of these supports and all, that the rumored Kingda Ka-attached Drop Tower at SFGadv could be coming true...
