July 7, 200323 yr I just heard one of the most Crazy Rumors i have EVER heard..i heard that the Green Slime zone is going to be turned into the Wild Thornberrys Rain Maze....just like the one at PGA! anyone know anything about this?
July 8, 200323 yr Umm... Fantastic. Isn't that thing only for kids though? No, I think anyone can go in. That place is crazy.
July 8, 200323 yr I can see that happening. The green slime zone hasn't been well maintained lately, in my opinion. The painted ground and stuff seems to be fading quite badly. With the new movie coming out of Wild Thornberries and Rugrats, I wouldn't put it past PKI to try and hold onto that Golden Ticket at all costs.
July 8, 200323 yr WOW i can see it happening but wouldnt that make TWO things themed to the wild thornberrys..???...i hope PKI puts in Spongebobs boatmobiles! that ride is VERY FUN!
July 8, 200323 yr Maybe a Bikini Bottom water splash town or something. Though, they can do two Wild Thornberry's, they have more than one Scooby ride.
July 8, 200323 yr Ya I coulds ee that happening, Nickelodeon doesn't really do a whole lot with slime anymore, just mainly on Slime Time Live, their daily TRL like show. I think that PGA put that in as a test to the crowd and it could possibly be rethemed or reset up.
July 8, 200323 yr The Slime Zone thing is horrible nowadays. It used to be fun when it premiered, but now that the colors are all faded, and the water is clear, its not really fun anymore. And yes, anyone can go in it. Edited January 1, 197056 yr by Xx2cansamxX
July 12, 200323 yr There is nothing that says they can not theme two rides with the same idea... Scooby has two and um.... SOB, Beast, and Beastie. So I see nothing wrong with it.
July 12, 200323 yr Rain Forest Maze...Ummmm ...cool idea...i wonder if PKI is just gonna go with WaterWorks and Make Nick Central a LIL Bigger for 2004? Edited January 1, 197056 yr by Scooby_Doo
July 12, 200323 yr I hope they don't plan on expanding waterworks, they should work on expanding the park, to me that is the only thing that matters. Waterparks at amuesment parks are a waist of time.

Waterparks at amuesment parks are a waist of time. I hope they just Do waterworks & Nick Central for 2004 i will be happy if they Expand waterworks it needs to be BIGGER!
July 12, 200323 yr EnterTheVortex, I totally agree with you. It's kind of pointless to have a waterpark at KI when The Beach is less than a mile away. The Beach (in my opinion) is much better than WaterWorks.

The Beach (in my opinion) is much better than WaterWorks. Think about what you just said. Maybe that's why Kings Island is expanding Waterworks. Also by the way a season pass to The Beach is $95.00. Why not buy one to Kings Island for $85 at the beginning of the season when you get Waterworks, and Kings Island. That will appeal to alot more people if Waterworks is expanded. Hell maybe my mom would buy a pass since she loves the Beach so much. Swim, while I ride. Edited January 1, 197056 yr by Tanner
July 12, 200323 yr EnterTheVortex, I totally agree with you. It's kind of pointless to have a waterpark at KI when The Beach is less than a mile away. The Beach (in my opinion) is much better than WaterWorks. So if paramount closed Waterworks, that would give more business to The Beach. Why would Paramount help out the competition in the area? It doesn't make business sense. Now, if King's Island expanded Waterworks, and made it better and a better deal (it's already a great deal now), it would make The Beach look like nothing. And that make business sense.
July 18, 200323 yr I'm not saying close it, but I think that an addition the the main park would bring in more revenue for the park in general. Even if they spruced WW up, it wouldn't add to the experience. Well, my experience anyway. (that is the most awkward looking wink I have ever seen).
