Knotts Berry Farm Theming?

Featured Replies

I have been watching some videos of Knotts Berry Farms, and a few of there rides.

I noticed that the Theming isn't half bad for Cedar Fair from what I can see on my high resolution MacBook Pro's Display.

Have any of you been there? What would you say about the theming of park and certain attractions?

I have been there many times. It's knott a place I'm likely to go back to. Something about spectacles. And not allowing them. I safety is very important to me. So Disneyland, California Adventure, Magic Mountain, Universal and Belmont all get my business while Knott's does knott.

Like Terp I been many times as well. Most of the theming though Cedar Fair had very little, if at all to do with. (if its Ghost Town and rides like Jaguar you are referring to). At one time there was a lot more to it prior to CF taking over it seems as I wanna say I remember the jaguar statues at Jaguar used to breathe smoke :P. The recent work done on Log Ride is splendid though.

Thank the Knotts berry farm family, not Cedar Fair , but to much more, theme to the future:

And the Knott family was very much responsible for helping defeat the Kinzel Apollo sellout proposal, and for bringing in Matt Ouimet.

Cedar Fair was responsible for ripping out most of the theming and crowding the park with attractions. All quaintness was basically stomped down to make the park a teeny tiny little Cedar Point west.

The first time I was there (1979), the wait time was for two hours to get in to eat....what did CF do to kill the chicken?
