I stumbled upon this Enquirers article about Don Helbig's 1,000 visit to (Paramount's) Kings Island. This was before he got hired by the park. I was actually at the park that day. The PR person at the time invited me to come to the reception (or whatever they did) but I declined because I had never met Don at the time.
