I'd be up for something like this. The AF Museum would be a big if for me due to the distance (I live 15 minutes west from downtown Cincy, Dayton is a 2 hour drive for me). The rest are pretty do-able for me though. If I had to chose, I'd probably go for the Cyclones game, but I'm open to anything else as well.

I have never been in a funhouse. We have gone onto the Ripley's Magnificent Mirror Maze and Candy Factory in Gatlinburg. Aside from the moving floor, I presume it's similar?

While we were in the maze of mirrors, Katie was trying to sneak up on me. There was only one other family in there. I was talking to the younger boy and was pointing out Katie to him to get him to help with a sneak attack. She sees me talking to the boy and decides she is going to stop me and proceeds to run towards me. She plowed into the mirrors. I saw her fall from every single angle. I don't think I've ever laughed so much at her in my entire life. She ended up with a bruise on the middle of her forehead. I probably should have win the mother of the year award because the bruise made me laugh more. It's 4 years later and it's still funny to me.

Depending on cost, we are game for whatever. I know I can't swing GWL though.

Devan, if we do not go to the base this weekend we are talking about, I would love to take Katie there. It would be good to have someone show us around.

We are planning this Saturday. Hoping to be there by 9:30. It should be Melanie, Melissa, Katie and I. You should have your hands full with two teen girls in the group. (And then you have their mom to deal with.)

I think we are doing lunch some where somewhat cheap and hitting the mall so the girls can look around afterwards.

Just so anyone who has never met up with people, you should try meeting up with some. It has been great making new friends through this site.

I also may have two new airman going through and one of my SSgts who was interested in a tour..not too sure yet, but they could be following us. If not ah well, but if so sweet. It'll be fun.

I can do just the museum with you guys but if you want theres an IMAX theater that has a couple movies. I like Fighter Pilot & Tornado Alley, a few others are...meh Fighter Pilot is pretty cool though, some of the shots you see and things you follow are neat.

The simulators are cool, there is a just sit down and watch simulator, that moves up down, left right. The other two simulators you actually control and dogfight, but you move in all four directions and rotate as well, you can do barrel rolls.

There are two cafes and one gift shop as well.

It's ganna be fun

Soooooooo........ what's the plan? Are we going to do a meetup or not? Pro Bowl weekend is fast approaching and some people need to plan in advance.

I'm open to just about anything.

I'm fine with with museum, hockey game, or Entertrainment.

Anyone else? Should we try to keep this date (now with very short notice), or shoot for a weekend in February? Who would not be willing to drive (or carpool) to the Air Force museum (45mi north of I-275) if that is the chosen activity?

We would be interested in meeting up depending on where it is. We are doing the Air Force museum this weekend with LoraX and Devan but we would be willing to do it again with the group if they did it again
