The statement "That's not gonna happen" is not an indemnification. A better question: If the site administrator receives a letter from a law firm related to your post, do you want your personal information (e-mail address, IP address, etc) shared with the sender? That way, you can get your own papers in the mail. Each person is responsible for his/her own actions online.
