okay so i know Kings Island and Kings Dominion is both owned by Ceder Fair but that dosent mean they have to use some Kings Island footage in there own video!

This is done all the time by all park chains. The public couldn't care less.

What exactly is KI material, the parks are pretty similar for obvious reasons so identifying which is which is a little harder for me, KI/KD are second parks for me still, CP & GL are still my home parks..

But if there is footage, trust me it could be worse, you should look at and find their Thrills Connect videos..they use video and stuff of rides not even at the park, close to, etc.

It has always bothered me and personally I see it as false advertisement when I see a commercial for a park with rides that are not at that park. It's a big pet peeve for me.

Shouldn't we be used to little brother copying us?

Its okay. The vast majority of the general public cant really tell the difference.

Things are different now but we didn't have a computer at home until I was 13. If I saw a commercial before that time with a ride on it with Kings Island telling me to buy a pass for their park I would go in that first time of the season looking for the ride on the commercial, just to be disappointed.
