BoddaH1994
The big man himself -- Santa Claus -- arrives at EnterTRAINment Junction Monday, June 23 to help celebrate Christmas in July, the popular six-week family event with all of the trapping of the winter holidays. The jolly ol’ elf will be at EnterTRAINment Junction to meet families and to conduct his mid-term evaluations of who’s been naughty and who’s been nice. The event runs through July 31. As part of the Christmas in July experience, the magical Journey to the North Pole themed walk-through attraction – so popular during the winter holidays -- opens for a summer run, complete with a snowy winter wonderland, reindeer stables, animated elves’ workshop, Mrs. Claus’ old-fashioned kitchen and Santa himself (noon till 6 p.m. daily, with a 30 minute nap at 3 p.m.). Outside it might be summer, but inside EnterTRAINment Junction in West Chester it is always a comfortable 72 degrees. Visitors to EnterTRAINment Junction can enjoy all of the attractions that have made it such a popular family fun destination, including the world’s largest indoor large-scale model train display, the wild and wacky A-MAZE-N FunHouse, a huge interactive play area for kids, outdoor hand-cranked locomotives and train ride (weather permitting), an incredible hand-built replica of old Coney Island amusement park, the American Railroading Museum, and a cool hobby & toy shop offering special discounts. EnterTRAINment Junction is open Mon.-Sat. 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Sun. noon-6 p.m. EnterTRAINment Junction is located at 7379 Squire Ct., West Chester, OH 45069, (513) 898-8000. BB1
Please, no more cold. BB1 needs his full summer, for he may not even celebrate Christmas in July!
The Interpreter
Where I am from, 72 degrees isn't cold. And where I am was the hottest place in the lower 48 depicted on The Weather Channel at noon today. Not Miami, Phoenix or even Tucson. Yes, We Need A Little Christmas, Right This Very Minute...
