So he managed to worm a total of 14 million of people believing that Disney was building a park in Texas? Sounds like he should work for the government.

    I hate to say it, but the investors got what they deserved. No reputable real estate agent is going to act on an "inside" tip, nor would they leak plans that had not yet been made public by the company who supposedly drew them up. Their career would be absolutely ruined if they got caught or if the insider was wrong.
