If this has been brought up I apologize, but does anyone know the current name of the ride that came to Kings Island from what was once Geauga Lake?

Firehawk? Used to be X-Flight.

And you would be correct. Here is a picture from RCDB of X-Flight at Geauga Lake...which is now Firehawk...

And it was run FLAWLESSLY with the SFWoA/GL crews.  That ride never, EVER stacked when it was there, that crew was like poetry in motion.  As the passengers were sitting up in one train, the passengers in the other were reclining, like clockwork.

Of course, the fact that after the first few years there were typically dozens of people in the park helped.

Great point! I's only been to Geauga Lake once and it was a few years before they closed it down. I couldn't believe how empty the park was! Middle of summer, I believe it was a Friday or Saturday, and nearly every ride wait was 5-10 minutes.

How does it recline the seats? The above picture is at KI but I didnt see these Iin the video. Carowinds uses these to lift and lower the seats on Nighthawk.

At Geauga Lake, X-Flight utilized on board motors to raise and lower the seats. They were much smoother than the system at KI, however the KI system is more reliable.
