If you read the story, he was caught doing the same thing at the same park back in the '90s. He should have been banned from the park for life after that incident.

Right, but a lifetime ban does what exactly? What's really stopping you from buying a ticket and going in? If you get caught you get charged with tresspassing, right? I'm sure tresspassing is the least of this dude's worries when he's filming kiddie porn.
