TheRickster
Just curious if we get discounted tickets, free parking, or what other benefits etc at other Cedar Fair parks if we only have a Gold Pass and not Platinum. Thanks!
stashua123
You can use your souvenir cup and all season drink plan and FunPix at any other Cedar Fair park

stashua123
Unfortunately no. You would have to upgrade to a platinum pass for that.
stashua123
FunPix I believe is only at a select few Cedar Fair parks.
medford
You are entitled to nothing at another park with your gold pass. However, 2 years ago, we were in Minnesota and found our way to Valleyfair. We bought a couple of souvenirs on our way out (Ironically I'm wearing the shirt I bought that day at the moment), and the clerk asked if we had a season pass for their 10% discount. I jokingly said "I have my Kings Island gold pass, but I don't think I'm in Ohio at the moment" The clerk smiled and said, hold on, got his supervisor and they knocked off the 10% discount.

harveyhaddixfan
Similar question. Knott's doesn't include parking in their platinum pass. It's $65 extra for the year. KI & CP both list free parking as a benefit of platinum. I'm planning a trip to CA in December and Knotts is on the list of things to do since I have a platinum pass with the all season dining. Will they try to make me pay for parking?
PKIVortex
Parking should be included at all Cedar Fair Parks.Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

Will they try to make me pay for parking? Where are you seeing that parking is not included in Knott's Platinum Passes? When I go into their online store to season pass add-ons, it lists all season dining three times, once each for Regular, Gold, and Platinum, but lists all season parking only twice, for Regular and Gold only. All season parking is not offered for a Platinum Pass, which would tend to make me think it IS included with Platinum Passes (though, unlike KI, apparently not with Gold Passes). EDIT: Upon actually looking at the Platinum Pass listing in the store (which I should have done first ), it clearly says, "Pass includes general parking during the 2017 season." So it is included.
harveyhaddixfan
Now that I look again, it's misleading. If you miss the first part where it straight up says includes free parking and go to the "benefits" list, it says add all season parking for $65. But then the all season parking says for regular and gold passes.
