Skyflyer on the other hand is much more thrilling. Coming that close to the ground while looking at it is very creepy, and its very relaxing after the first drop. Quote

However, every second of Sling Shot makes me scream with fear and shock. Hence, I vote for the more intense ride so long as it doesn't give me cardiac arrest. Have a groovy day! I haven't ridden any of those, but I would love to ride both of them. In fact, they are the only rides in the park that I haven't ridden. Maybe I will gain enough courage (and have enough money) to ride them sometime before the end of the year is out. Quote

You just bounce up and down and do a couple flips. Big deal. Skyflyer is fun to ride with others that have never ridden it before. I've been on the ride so many times that I'm use to the drop. It's the raising from the ground up that scares me. You never can tell when it's going to stop. Side 2 is the best side to ride. The part about flying through the air for me is the thought that it looks like you're going to smack straight into On Location but you don't. Quote
Stitch Posted September 10, 2003 Author Posted September 10, 2003 I think that I will go with Sling Shot net time I visit PKI, I find speed and height more appealing than swinging. Allthough, I would ride the Sky Coaster in Orlando over SS anyday because theirs is 300FT tall. Quote
