malem Posted October 31, 2019 Share Posted October 31, 2019 The value of the assets and land, minus the reputational cost of being associated with that property, apparently isn't worth $6M. That price never suggested a business that would be a going concern. Surprisingly, the local auditor still appraises the property at over $25M as of this year.
