In terms of attendance, PKI actually topped Cedar Point to take the top spot in amusement park attendance for Ohio. This also places the park at the very top of the list for seasonal park attendance and I believe 13th overall.

If you are wondering if I'm a new member...I was actually a member of PKIU for quite a while...found this site and am quite pleased over the merger between the two...and if you haven't noticed I only make postings when I absolutely feel that it is of something of great interest to PKI fan community.

It’s about time PKI gets some well deserved credit. I get tired of those CP freaks gloating about record breakers. PKI has there fare share. I like both parks but enjoy PKI more because it’s not packed. PKI has there rides spread out.

It is 17th overall but really thats not too bad. I always said PKI was better than PKD but CP is just a thrill seeker place and not a family place.

But as for being clean, Cedar Point wins by a LONG shot.

Have you ever been to Cedar Point? There is plenty to do for the younger crowd. There are two junior coasters, plenty of flat rides, shows, and Soak City for the kids to enjoy. Granted, it's not as nice as PKI's, but there is a lot of stuff for the kiddies to do.

Consult people before you say that. CP is an hour closer to my hause than PKI.

Well most of us live only between an hour or 2 maybe even 30 mins from PKI...I havent been to CP in long time because its so far.

Ok - PKI beat CP in attendence. That doesn't mean CP is worse. Look at its location. Its near Clevelend and Toledo. Look at PKI. Near Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Lexington, Louisville etc. I think the only reason PKI beat CP was the "new" waterpark.

If CP would make soack City free with admission it would ease the congestion.
