Reclaimer Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 First of all...Hello everybody! I've been a lurker for awhile now, and just finally decided to register. I've been a PKI fan for quite some time and am glad to have found such a great site. The 2005 season will be the first season I've purchased a season-pass for, and I had a question about it: I forget where, but I remember seeing something about passholders getting a sneak peak at the park a day before it opened. Is this true? I did notice on PKI's site, the 8th is listed as closed to public, but the main page says that the 8th is when the park reopens. If this is really one of the pass perks, I have another question for you: Am I able to bring a guest with me on this day? I'd hate to make the three hour drive only to spend a day at the park alone...as nobody else (friend or family) has a pass this year. TRTR Guy Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 I don't know if there is a season pass holder day, but there probably will be, there has in the past, have to check the season pass perk sheet. The parks website probably wouldn't list this day on their calander as its not a day the park is open to the public. Quote

PKI Punk Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Yeah, you can only bring a friend on designated "Bring a Friend Free" Days. Also, they sometimes send a paper with perks, but if they don't, check the site as the season approaches. Also, if you need someone to ride with, ask if anyone here would like to meet up, generally there is usually someone on here who would. Good luck and welcome to the site. Quote
familyman Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Sneak peak night for pass holders is for members only. Bring a friend free days are later in May and then again in June. You just cant beat the great perks. You should be getting special e-mails for gold pass members as opening day nears listing all the benifits. If not check back here for the updates as most of the times it gets passed on. Quote

I would expect the same this coming year. Oh yeah, and yes, they usually do have it on PKI.com. It helps promote the season passes. Quote
