That'd be a good place for a facade and small building addition if they decided to use the inside of the big box as a restaurant!

Please no dive coaster. There are plenty of better coaster options than a dive coaster imo. If there were to be a dive coaster added, I hope it'd be a gerstlauer infinity and not a B&M.
