Here’s a piece I wrote on Dollywood’s special events lineup. All are worth making a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN to experience. For those that live in the Greater Cincinnati area, think of it this way: You’re only two Buc-ee’s locations away from Dollywood!

The festivals are all wonderful but the Harvest Festival might just be the perfect mix of day (visiting artists/craftspeople and musicians) and night (Great Pumpkin LumiNights) attractions with the full regular assortment of Dollywood attractions and shows like Dreamland Drive-In. Along with the pleasant autumn weather it can be Dollywood at its best.
