Joshua
Back in the Paramount days, Brewhouse was a diner themed to the 1927 film Wings, which was the first film to win an Oscar for Best Picture ("Outstanding Picture" then). Does anyone remember this, and more importantly, does anyone have any photos of it? I don't remember much about it. I'm assuming they served wings? What I recall most is at one point, the diner actually played the movie on TV screens, and I always thought that was cool. I dunno, of all the Paramount properties they could've picked -- Star Trek: TNG (Ten Forward), The Godfather (leave the change, take the cannoli), Cheers -- what they went with was a b&w silent film. That fascinates me.
silver2005
I went there a lot with my family when it was Wings. They served Montgomery Inn fare, mostly ribs. The name Wings was in reference to a very old Paramount movie. It was also the first movie to win Best Picture. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0018578/
