I was at CP on 5/11 and I spent a while watching Mantis. I personally like the ride but I know a lot of people are wimps and dont like the feeling of pain!!! Colud you imagine If CP re profiled the ride with Floorless trains??? The layout would be intense and that drop would be great!!! It wouldnt be that hard all hey would have to change is the station. I just hope CP does this becasue it would be a great move for the park!

I have heard that some of the turns would be too tight for a floorless train. I'm not saying it is fact, I have seen this discussed on other coaster forums before.

I dont see why they couldn't are floorless train really that bluky? I also dont see why they would add them.

I do not like Mantis, not because they are painful but just does not do much for me. Making that floorless could be good. BTW, only stand up I like is Riddler's Revenge at SFMM. King Cobra, Shock Wave, Georgia Scorcher, Iron Wolf, and Mantis along with RR are the ones I have been on that are stand ups. They just are not very exciting. That is not because I am a "WIMP".

NO! I love Mantis! I hope they don't put floorless trains on it. I don't see why they don't just add a new floorless. Then they could market it better (verses: hey look, we put floorless trains on mantis!). Plus it would up their coaster and inversion count.

They would build a floorless before changing Mantis. They are still in the coaster race and they would rather up their count than just to change another coaster. Not only that, it costs like about a million dollars per train. I doubt they'll sink that much money in to an older coaster.

theres a rumor I keep hearing that cp will put a floorless coaster and name it something like fear. it Would be like you are being chased through the woulds by fear itself. This is olny a rumor and I am not sure if it has a cournel of truth.

Does CP have room to build this and is there any woods near its property?

The only woods there are located on the island that part of Millennium Force is located on. Not to mention it is an island in the middle of a lake.
