I seem to remember something having to do with Indian Reservation land, but I might be confusing it with something else... There have been a lot of projects proposed & announced over the last few years. I think the interesting part of the article is that it spent most of its time talking about the likelihood of finding qualified park management...like that's even an issue. I think a more interesting slant on the problems of building a resort like this would be talking about challenges in securing (then later servicing) $1.6B in debt! Quote
