I wish I could go but that's my last week of school and I'm already missing Friday because I'm goin to the park with my friends.

You guys need to setup some meeting days so people can make plans for it.

The last day of the season would be a good one because most of us are there on the last day. I think more people would show if you give more time.

I'd have the meeting on another date that week because a lot of students, including me, end school later that week.

I need to work that day. Please schedule a Saturday or Sunday soon. I'm free on Monday 5/31 too.

Due to the request of several members, the meeting day for this Wenesday has been cancelled and will be resheduled for mid-June.

Why would someone want cancle a meeting day?

A lot of people PMed us and asked if we were going to have one in mid-June... people generally said they still had school or that they couldn't go because of such short notice. It simply wasn't worth organizing the event if only 3 people were on the roster. We'll have several this year... don't worry.
