How many times have you ridden Vortex in one day? My friend and I rode it 10 and were wondering if anyone beat that.

I tied that, but i was with you so I guess that really doesnt count.

3 here. So I was nowhere near that. Although a couple of my friends rode it 9 times on Thursday.

I've ridden it 4 times in one hour before.

I rode The Racer 30 times in a row one time forwards and backwards took us nearly 3.5 hours and our last ride was a fire work one.

I use to power hour Vortex the last hour the park was open when I was still in High School. I could ride anywhere from 5 to 12 times depending on the crowd. Now that was fun.

I don't think I could handle any more than 5 rides on it on one day. The most I've ridden is I think 3.

I could ride Vortex all day, but I wouldn't want to. Once or twice a day is alright with me. It's just gotten too uncomfortable for enjoyable marathoning.

Maybe 15 or so in one day. I never really counted. I know I have done Son of Beast 14 times in one day, and same with Tomb Raider - and I have done bigger Vortex marathons than Son of Beast or Tomb Raider.

The biggest marathon I've done is 30-something on the Gemini at CP in a few hours. Then I came up with the idea of the Gemini 100 which a bunch of people from PointBuzz attended where they rode the Gemini coaster 100 times (duh) in one day. They just barely made it. Sadly, I couldn't go because of car troubles the day of, but I got the video sent to me of the event. It was my crummy idea too, go figure!

So if you go to PointBuzz and see people with "Gemini 100" in their signatures, that's what it is.

Yikes, 14 time on Son of Beast in one day! I`ve ridden it 9 times in one day back when it opened in 2000 as part of an ert session offered to "Pawprint passholders." It still amazes me I rode it that many time in one day!

I think I did a dozen-run marathon last year. But I forgot exactly how many I ended up doing. I think I ran out of time and had to go home after about 7 =(

This year's record is 3, and I intend on going for that marathon again when I get home...

Woah! I don't think I would do that. I'd rather get a bunch of other rides in.

When you are there 95% of the days the park is open in a season - you have plenty of time to ride everything. When I did the 14 in one day on Tomb Raider - I started around noon and kept going till 6.
