October 25, 200619 yr Yeah. Dick plans on burning the place down so he can use the insurance money to add on to Top Thrill Breakdown.
October 25, 200619 yr To answer your question No! No one knows what changes are going to be coming to Kings Island in '07. We will just have to wait and see what '07 brings.
October 25, 200619 yr Yeah no one knows whats going to happen, some ride names will be changed. Saturday Im overloading my camra with midway pictures, So I can compare them to next seasons pictures.
October 25, 200619 yr To answer your question No! No one knows what changes are going to be coming to Kings Island in '07. We will just have to wait and see what '07 brings. I would HOPE someone at Cedar Fair knows. Seriously, there ARE people who know, but there isn't anyone dumb enough to be talking about it prematurely. And none of those who know currently work in the Dip N Dots stand nor do they operate rides seasonally. . . Also, TopThrill, how can you both say no one knows AND that some ride names will be changed? The two statements contradict themselves.
October 26, 200619 yr Balderdash. Drop Zone and the Eiffel Tower are going nowhere. Cedar Fair doesn't have silly money to spend doing really dumb things. And they won't.
October 26, 200619 yr And I think someone should think twice about making nonsense posts like that. Coming from the person that made three posts in a row in another thread, you should probably check the terms of service 2oo64ever.
October 26, 200619 yr what date is KI reopening? That hasn't been announced yet...and perhaps hasn't even been decided for certain. The park is open this weekend, though!
October 26, 200619 yr Well, another example of a post that really in no way relates to what the thread is about. I`m assuming that you are referring about what date they will open for the 2007 season on. I`ve heard a date tossed around, but it isn`t official yet, so I will not discuss the date I heard. But it is not much different than normal opening days that Kings Island has had.
October 26, 200619 yr Search! Use the search function of your browser! --The Interpreter, he of interminable patience, but who is beginning to agree with CoastersRZ that this poster needs direction...

I didn't mean it that way, I'm sure Cedar Fair Folks knows what is in store of '07. I'm just saying we don't know of any changes as of yet for the '07 season.
October 26, 200619 yr There's so much speculation about what Cedar Fair is up to. I don't want to jump to conlusions, but here's some evidence that they might be planning something big and unusual...
October 26, 200619 yr Photoshop alert! Seriousely, I hope they don`t mutilate TR:TR more than lack of upkeep in theming has already mutilated the experience. But a Disaster Transport them for TR:TR? I`m sure they have some people that can come up with a better replacement theme if they do want to retheme it from TR:TR than Disaster Transport.
October 26, 200619 yr Yeah no one knows whats going to happen, some ride names will be changed. Saturday Im overloading my camra with midway pictures, So I can compare them to next seasons pictures. :cowboy: You don't know that any of the ride names will be changed. Part of their contract, from what I understand, allows them the option to either keep the Paramount name and themes for x number of years, or they can drop it altogether.

Money goes from one direction to another if not exercised. Which way and how much has not been disclosed. As to Nick, X=4.

October 26, 200619 yr ^Freakin' hilarious! The last coaster at CP I would want to see relocated to any other park is Disaster Transport. I don't really care for TR:TR, but it is better than DT.
