It's not that bad, depending on the way you decide to travel to the park from Middletown. I would get back on I-75 South, and get off at exit 29. Turn left on Rt 63. Stay on Rt 63 till you get to 741. Turn right on 741 and stay on 741 and follow the signs to the park. Probably about 15 minute drive or so, not bad.

In my honest opinion, Im from daytion, and I go the way PKIVortex said. Thats probably one of the fastest ways (from middletown).

Its not bad at all, plus your away from all of the Mason / Kings Island crap.

It should be a bit more pieceful.

You can use like hotels.com and look it up and read the reviews. That's what I did when I went to Cedar Point.

Have fun on your KI trip!

Guest faceoff

My own preference for lodging is the Kings Island resort. They have there own restaurants, two pools

game room, room service and shuttle service for the park and beach waterpark. Have a great time.

27 minutes I doubt that. It only takes me around 1 hour to get to KI. It takes almost 40 to 45 minutes just to get from home to exit 29 Rt 63. There is no way it's a 27 minute drive from there. Last I knew they were no construction on I-75 from Middletown to the exit, but yes they are doing construction on rt 63 around Traders World. They are making that stretch of road wider.

i stayed many nights in the middletown holiday inn before we moved here.

it's a clean hotel with pool and hot tub. too close to the freeway as you here the trucks

on 75 all night. just up the street is the fairfield inn. a little less road noise. fairfield inn

should be the about same price and is identical inside to the holiday inn.
