In my opinion, floorlesses are dead. There are conversions with firebird, rougarou, patriot, etc., but a true, custom layout, built from scratch floorless hasn't come since Hydra, which was built in the really early 2000s. But there is hope. In the new Universal Studios park, there is going to be a ride very similar to Hulk being built in a few years. I'm guessing since they don't do sitdowns anymore, that it is most likely a floorless. I say there is a 50/50 chance.

Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
ThrillKingsFitzy replied to Hawaiian Coasters 325's topic in Kings Island
I do agree sort of, but then again, Italy from what I know doesn't have very good healthcare everywhere. There is some excellent healthcare in the country in large cities, but the rest of it isn't very good. I do agree that we should watch out for it though. -
Robb Alvey Retiring

Yeah, I agree. It's not like I'll ever meet him. -
As everyone has been noticing, Cedar Fair has been crashing down in stocks. This has been caused by market crashes and the coronavirus. I think since this isn't their fault because of a worldwide freakout over this disease, they won't go out of business/bankrupt. Once everyone is back to normal, I expect them to be much better than they are now. Opinions?

Hey, you’d find out soon enough And it was found on their community posts on the channel. If this is a hoax, I’m sorry, but it seems real. -
Robb Alvey has announced his retirement from TPR. It is their 10 year anniversary, and they have decided to end their time their and do some other things. Idk if TPR will still go on with a different person, it probably will, but Robb Alvey is leaving. Note: In this video where his wife corrects him, he made a mistake on announcing it too early. He posted his official retirement himself.

Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks

This is so true. I really think people are overreacting, as I've been saying for the past few weeks. This has fully proved my point. -

I agree. What happens happens. Their not going to tear down the park, and the world won't go extinct. -

They should put in a new system where you are tested for the virus before entering the park. -

We should just stop stressing over this. What happens with the park happens. It's not like it's going to get torn down. Also, people who have the virus would probably be smart enough to not enter the park. -
To be honest, I don't think it will be a dark ride because this is their largest investment, and even though dark rides are mostly for kids, a super long dark ride won't keep them amused for that long. I think we are seeing a coaster here. Specifically an RMC or B&M. And when I say RMC, I mean a raptor or T-Rex.

Is the record breaking ride building era over for Ki
ThrillKingsFitzy replied to stashua123's topic in KI Polls
This guy made a video on this topic. He makes the point at the end and I agree. Kings Island is getting back into the game changing rides. Every ride in between The Beast and Orion isn’t that good as in record breaking. Diamondback was the tallest in the park, which isn’t saying much. Mystic Timbers added the most wooden track to the park, and it is an incredible ride, but it didn’t really break anything. Banshee may have broken a record for longest invert, but it’s really just a regular invert without a predrop, but it is still a great ride. Even though Orion is not really record breaking either, it still breaks tons of records for KI. It will be one of the tallest coasters in the world, so I Hope KI is getting back into the legendary coasters game like this guy. -
This is the most perfect song for Orion. I bet the operators are going to sing this song during dispatches

Is this what is going to KD? They are getting a 4-D freespin next year, and this layout is better than the clones.
