I'm pretty sure there are gaps under the train shaped like trims, and the trims catch hold of the train and slow it down..

We could see the helix done by the middle of next week! Maybe even the trackwork will be done by the end of next week!

Meh, not really, it has two maybe three airtime moments, but Orion most likely will have the most airtime on any giga. Also, did I mention the 85 degree drop will give airtime?

Well, the wave turn will gave airtime, the turnaround might give airtime, so will the speedhill, big airtime hill, and the twistout, and maybe even the little pop into the breakrun. It is more about airtime than any other giga out there.

Well if you have good vision it's not hard.

It won't slow it down much. It's a giga coaster. By the time it hits that trim, the train will still be around 80 mph.

There will be what I think is a Triotech interactive dark ride opening up at Alton Towers in 2020. Details were released yesterday on the new dark ride and it will be a dark ride themed to the Gangsta Granny books. Don't know about you guys, but I would absolutely love a clone of fenix in Vortex's spot. Fenix could possibly be better than Thunderbird.
