Exactly the guests laugh with us because they thought there was a car there and they were laughing at themselves.

Yeah i work on Son of Beast and its a little weird having the extra three gates on the back of the station. We have had guests wait in those gates for their seats and we have had to tell them that there is no car there they took it off so they had to go and find different seats we all get a laugh at the end of the night.

I have to make a trip up to CP this year because i havent been up there since i was 9 and thats way to long to be away from a park that has some amazing rides

I had to work on sunday and there was a little girl with her mom that was begging me to let them on for one more cycle when the park closed at Top Gun and I told them that the line was closed at 8, thats how it works all around the park these people coming out where in the line before we closed it and the ride is almost shut down for the night im sorry for the inconvinence (sp?). She stormed off all mad that I wouldn't let her on but I was following what I was taught on my first training day last year.

I still havent been over to Nick Universe, from all of the good things that people are saying about it it sounds like a good place to go with like little cousins or little bros or sisters. Can't wait to check it out.

Never ridden Rock n' Rollercoaster, but it looks like a sweet ride but id rather ride it inside.

^ I'm glad they changed the over the shoulder restraints, because everytime i rode that ride i had a huge headache after the final corkscrew at the end of the ride. Son of Beasts trains could be a little bigger for taller guests, but thats the only complaint i have on that, other than the trains Son of Beast is a great ride and I can't wait until it opens up this year.

I've never been to any other park besides PKI, but I would love to go down to Carrowinds to ride the B&M Top Gun, because ours for me, is getting a little repedative since this is the only park that I've been too. I'm glad you had a great time all weekend, I was at Top Gun on saturday and sunday working. Wish i knew what you looked like so I could look around and point you out, but Its good. Once again im glad you had a good time and hope you get to come back and ride all the rides that you didnt get to experience on opening weekend.

I cant wait until the park is in full swing either because then all the rides will be open, except for major breakdowns, but other than that it will be a fun summer to go up to PKI on days off or just to have fun. The thing that is going to be amazing is when Son of Beast opens back up after all its refurbishing, the line is going to be really long. On my first day working at Top Gun, i had a lot of guests ask me when Son of Beast was going to open because they really wanted to ride it. So that day is going to be fun to work as well. I had a good first day of work, no guests were rude to me and I thank them for that and I hope I wasn't rude to them, but I can see like if guests got dissapointed for the rides running slowly because of the first weekend and all of the new workers getting used to it, but things will pick up soon.

I'll probably take a walk around to look at everything after my shift tomorrow. I'm glad there was a good turnout for NU and that everyone was enjoying it... Can't wait for tomorrow. Going to be fun to be back at work.

I wont be going on opening day because i have practice but i have to work on saturday so ill be up there after my shift riding a few rides before i head home... come by to top gun on saturday and you will probably see me down there.

I think the speakers were fixed the last time that i rode it and that was towards the end of the season during fearfest im not 100% positive but im pretty sure on that.

Mine is doing the same thing, a couple of years ago I had to do a project like that as stated before with a marble.

My pick between the flyers and shake rattle and roll had to go to the flyers... that ride was amazing, snapping the cables all day and scaring little kids... ahh so many memories on that.

Im 6 "4" and I have learned to sit in the front of the cars believe it or not there is more leg room for guys like us. Like on Vortex the best seat for a guy over 6 feet is the very front of the first car, you can stretch your legs straight out. Other then that we will have to live with brused knees. I've tried that dude it doesnt work just ask anyone of my friends i sometimes fit, sometimes not no matter where i sit on the ride.

I think the roughest coaster is SOB. Not only am i 6' 6" and the knees can barely fit in the thing, but it has to be the worst one going through those two double helixes. The smoothest part of the thing is going up the hill. Its still a GREAT coaster let me tell you i love the ride, but when it comes to the roughest coaster, this one takes it hands down.

I wanted to go to winterfest this year but I could never find the time to go.

I've never had to wait 3 hours for psycho path the longest that I've waited for a haunt had to be the year when they had Route 666.

I'll be returning to the rides/operations department.. hopefully to Son of Beast

I was at the park from 7 until close on saturday with a whole bunch of friends. We were going through the haunts. My favorite on saturday had to be Maze of Madness.

Yeah that was awesome becasue everyone had no idea what it was going to be like on opening weeked and now the lines are like 2.5 hours long and you are just like umm wait or ride rides... thats the question.

I can't wait for this years Fearfest. I've been to everyone since the year it first opened and have loved every single one. My friends and I are hoping for some big changes, and by the looks of it there will be. Can't wait for my first day off in Oct. so that I can go with them. I hope that there is a scare zone as well. I haven't been to Cedar Points but from what I've read I can picture it being really good.
