In terms of how long the wait is? Ride Magnum in the morning and it should be a walk-on (along with all of the rides in the back of the park). Ride Mantis whenever b/c I think it always pretty much has a long wait b/c the loading times stinks.

My friend just got back and said it was awesome.

Ride them all. You will have plenty of time to. Word of advice, ride from the back of the park to the front. Raptor and other rides in the front half of the park will have long waits early in the day. But in evening, the lines will be much lighter. Take use of the freeway passes on TTD and MF. Don't use them on WT b/c it never has much of a wait.

I thought that it would have been against the park rules to have a camera, bottom line. I didn't realize that if it was secured it was "ok."

You only get in trouble if you were riding it, but I highly doubt they care about something like the tiques verses a roller coaster.

Nope. It is against most/if not all park rules to take a picture while riding b/c it becomes a safety hazard for other guests if you drop the camera.

^ I agree. Has anyone else noticed that you can raise your arms on one train but not the rest? I don't remember which train I rode in, but it must have slimmer restrainst b/c out of habbit I raised my hands and I was shocked when they went up.

My fav. is Drop Zone! I like Delirium, but I like a good scare more than a good thrill.

How would they have built the track then? They wouldn't be able to use a crane or anything to lift the track. It would have made more sense in my mind to build the track and then enclose it in the building.

Is that an old river rapids ride on the right side of the picture? Or is it a ride in the water park? Anyway, the park def. looks nice is this pic.

I can't believe it didn't do well. I thought it looked like a good movie. Plus there seemed to be a lot of hype around it.

What props are from the movie? I was torn between IJ and TR. I chose TR though b/c I feel that the overall ride is themed better and the line is themed much better than IJ's.

The first time I rode DZ I was scared to death. The drop literally freaked me out, yet every visit it is a must ride. That rush of adreniline feels like a better "high" with fear mixed into it! My least favorite ride would be Racer Forwards b/c the last time I rode it, it felt like we were doing break checks the whole ride. My body kept getting thrown forward.

Yea, they have to take it down b/c it's sinking! Seriously, Vortex isn't going anywhere.

The tires and and giant fins on the last car were removed after an incident where one of the tires flew off while coming down the tower (thankfully no one was injured). The last car was then replaced with a normal car which seats four people. It looked like CP was planning on changing the last car anyway b/c they had them in storage.

I don't care which was better. I would have like to have ridden KC before it was torn down. I think with all B&M coasters that are four across kind of feel crowded when you ride them. So I imagine KC left you feeling much more vulnerable.

I highly doubt we will see anything close to TTD at PKI. The closest thing to it that PKI has even a smidget of a chance would be a small rocket. I obviously doubt that though.

MF is awesome. Luckily on my first ride we chose the so-called ejector seat (car five). You feel a tremendous amount of air on each hill. Everyone says Top Gun is better than Iron Dragon but it provides a different ride experience compared to the other coasters at CP. It's track is mostly in the tree filled lagoon and you feel like you are about to hit most of them!

I remember in 99 the trains having claw marks but now they don't...
