I did my part. Although, like many people...Paramounts Kings Island? Also, although I am always happy to show my support for my favorite park, that game looked pretty lame.

New West Virginia Water Park?

Sounds like they are really planning on building both. Too bad that they can't be closer to me. -

I think I am agreeing with you on this one too. I just don't think that WV has the business to support amuesment parks of a very large size. -
New West Virginia Water Park?

That's interesting... Anymore news on the Theme Park/Resort in Wheeling? It seems there are a lot of plans in place for WVa. Unfortunetly, a lot of them will never get carried out... Its good to see at our local power plan (Amos), which happens to also be one of the largest power plants on the east coast, is getting a new scrubber tower added to it, that is suppose to reduce pollution by a large amount. Yay for coal power! -
Thats what really confused me. I checked the RCDB thing and it said the ride was 600+ ft. long. I wondered if that was like 300 forwards, and 300 backwards. I ended up just making it 600 total. So, an error on my behalf definetly.

A while ago, I made a some-what of a recreation on NL of this ride. It turned out pretty nice, since I suck at NL. I also did crappy pre-fab supports when I made it. Later on though, I figured out how to do the auto-suppots on it to ad the walkways on the side.

I remember seeing it on a field trip in 7th grade. At the time I had no idea that that was Camden Park, considering I hadn't been since like I was 3ish, and still have yet to again. I just remember coming home and telling my parents about this run-down carnival thing that I had seen from the bus window. It had to be about a month before it was demolished too.

What wonderful certification the organizations founder has. I believe he probably runs this sight out of his mothers basement.

Like this! "I will not come back until they remove or relocate IJ:ST for the for Top Cats Taxi Jam. I always have fun on that. It took me about 4 hours to find it, but I noticed the stunt track and got angry at PKI! So I refuse to go there. Look at the next topic for PT please. Also, when I was watching the Go-Kart Racing, also known as Days of Thunder, I noticed the 'Tiques in the back of Days of Thunder under tarps." Why does this remind me of that guy who won't go to KI because the don't have a campground?

So what kind of plane do you fly in? -
I would be extremely angry considering you managed to get that far into the line.

It was just an estimate time to travel. Not specific directions that I wanted. -

I live in the middle of Huntington and Charleston, and the chances of me going to Wheeling for an amuesment park. That's just a bit of a long drive, when in the same amount of time, I could go to Kings Island. Asuming that Yahoo maps time estimate was correct. (3 to 4 hours) -
I like to get the biggest size of dip n' dots that I can.

No one thought Florida would become a vacation destination??? That's a joke, right? I think it's also somewhat of a romantic myth that Orlando was a sleepy little one horse swamp town until Disney came along...it's certainly an idea that Disney and Orlando likes to perpetuate. While Orlando has certainly developed into a major city over the last 20 years, the reality is that the Orlando metro-area was already coming into it's own long before Disney opened (mostly due to it's proximity to the Space Coast and military manufacturing in the area). In fact, the 1970 US Census lists the population of the Orlando MSA as 500,000+ even back then. Compare that to the total current population of Ohio County, WV of just 47,000 people. I'm thinking he ment like Central Florida, though it may have been a large city before Disney, Disney turned it into a vacation destination. I see what you mean though. WV really becoming a prime vacation location, especially Wheeling. Although, WV does have 2 ACE classic coasters... -

Unfortunetly, thats true. I think you really have to be an outdoor enthusist to go to WV as your vacation destination. Its rather funny, to see when going to the beach we go to, the amount of West Virginians there too. -

Very good find Interpreter. If you go to the bottom of that article there is a link to the website, and sketches of what it might look like, which like Interpreter said, is almost identical to the Nebraska. -

My friend also told me at one time, Six Flags wanted to put a park in Beckley, WV, but they couldn't get the property to build it on.
