While waiting in line for Firehawk we heard some guy with an A.C.E shirt on say he waited in line for Diamondback for 9 hours. It had just turned 4 O'clock. He was having a very loud conversation with his wife on his cell phone about it. I don't know if he was trying to make people not want to ride or what. He kept spurting out random incorrect facts about it though.

I was on about 5P.M. Maybe it just had a rough day lol. I really didn't hear it squeak though. Maybe I was just to tired to notice.

I never heard it squeak one time. What time did you ride?

I never heard any squeaking while waiting in line for Firehawk. Firehawk definitely didn't get a new paint job it is turning green in numerous places.

Would that work on an Ipod touch? ^^ I'm not sure if KI offers free wifi or not though?

I just remembered. I think I saw CoastersRZ while I was in line for The Racer. He was on the train before me wearing a green shirt. At least I think it was him. I also now know the day of my next trip to KI. It will be Thursday May 28th. If anyone else is going and would like to meet up for a Diamondback ride let me know.

I use photoshop cs4 its really a must have for graphic design. It is expensive but its well worth the money!

when i get home from work tonight im going to begin work on my second design. Anyone who is not competing have any ideas of what they would like to see on the shirt? I think that question might help all of up competing.

Yeah and the one I submitted to you earlier I forgot to put my username in the email but my email adress was zachtn88@gmail.com if you got it.

With the design I submitted It might be hard to try and match the font to put usernames on them. But I guess you could always just pick a regular font for your name.

Haha I must get to Cedar Point this year to ride Maverick no one would wait in line with me last summer and it ticked me off. Even if I have to make the five hour trip alone this year Maverick is my mission.

Yeah Firehawk needs a touch up in some spots as well its turning green on the first drop.

So after waking up several times in my sleep the night before we finally got out of bad at 5:30 A.M. We left the house at about 6:30. We arrived at the park at 8:45. I decided to pay the 5 extra bucks for preferred parking and It was well worth it. We walked through the front gate around 9. We bought a locker then walked through the gift shops on I street. After a few of the shops we stopped at Cinnabon to grab a bite. After that we headed over to the Kings Island Theater to head to Son of Beast first. While waiting over there for them to let us through we were entertained by Juggling cowboys on stilts. When they finally let us through we headed straight for Son of Beast. We waited about 15 minutes then we were on. This was the smoothest ride I have EVER gotten on it. I would dare to say it was even smoother than The Beast. I had none of the usual aches after riding. Next it was off to Flight Deck It was a walk-on! It was short but still a good ride. After that we headed for AE. It was also a walk-on. We did manage to get an E-stop in the second lift. It was only about 5 minutes though. After that it was time for The Racer. It wasn't as smooth as last year but it was still a good ride. From there we headed over to Firehawk but it had broken down so we decided to wait and comeback later. So then we headed for our First Beast ride of the day. It was simply amazing as always. We waited about an hour and that was through the entire queue house. No it was time for lunch we headed back out to our car were we ate our sandwiches and some chips. After lunch we decide it was time Diamondback could wait no longer. We thought we were in for a tremendously long line but when we got there they told us we would be waiting about 2 hours. We really only waited 1 hour and yes im serious we started the line back in Nick U. While in line Violakat spotted me. It was nice seeing somone from KIC but we briefly spoke becuase the line was moving so fast. Diamondback was simply stunning. I absolutely loved it and yes It now takes my number one spot knocking Montu into second. We got off the ride and it was about 2:30. We got our First Rider shirts and we also bought our photo. We got Two Keychains and a photo for $15 pretty good deal I think. I will post the picture later. After Diamondback we headed to The Vortex the new paint looks really nice! Vortex was rough as usual but I still loved it. Now it was time to try our luck on Firehawk again. Now this was the longest wait we had all day. (2 hours) I still enjoyed the ride. Not it was about 6:00 and we were hungry again. So we headed over to the Festhaus to get some good ol La Rosa's pizza. We also decide to buy one of those Diamondback souvenir cups which ended up being a good idea because we payed the ten extra dollars for unlimited refills. We drink a lot lol. After eating, my brother wanted to ride The Racer again so we did. It was smoother than it was the first time we rode that day. Now it was time for a second ride on Diamondback. This time we only waited 45 minutes through the entire que house. Good job D-back crew! After our ride it was time to go home we were all really tired and getting kind of cranky. It was a very good day at the park and I had a lot of fun. Sorry no pics guys my usb ports aren't working I will get them up A.S.A.P.

I think I might have seen you yesterday I just don't remember where. Were you in line for Beast around 11:30? Or after?

We waited one hour exactly around 2:30 and we were almost in Nick U when we got in the line. The second time was a night ride and we only waited 45 minutes.
