What New Services Should KIC Offer?
UnrealNightmare replied to BoddaH1994's topic in KICentral Footnotes & Small News
I'd definitely by a T-shirt. I'd wear it opening day too. The chat room idea sounds good as well. -
I was there Saturday but I wasn't listening to my Ipod I figured with all the Haunt stuff going on I'd barely notice any basketballs. I did notice the making out in lines and people smoking in lines. I asked one guy to stop and he just blew smoke in my face.

^^You have a piece of track in there that shouldn't be. -
The basketballs and the false information can all be drowned out if you do what I do and just take your i pod.

The most annoying thing to me is while in line those couples who are doing things that should be done in the privacy of there own homes. I was in line for Firehawk last Saturday and there were three couples all of which had to be 16 or younger all over each other. I think everyone in line around us had felt the same way as us because they were all yelling get a room. One lady even yelled at them. Don't get me wrong I think some PDA is acceptable (Holding Hands, a peck here and there), but plain out making out and groping its kind of gross to watch, also kind of hard not to watch when they are right in front of you.

Darn I wont be able to afford to buy my pass until December.

The same thing could happen on Vortex the track comes right up next to the fence. You could easily throw something at the train. -

This is probably what he means by a bridge. Keep in mind I am no artist either. Brown = Bridge Black = Asphalt **EDIT** I highly doubt this will happen. I was trying to give a visual. -
Haha wouldn't that be a scary thing? ^^

haha I'm partial to wearing masks. I'm not a big fan of latex makeup. I was in a Gilly Suit the other night.

My girlfriend and I left Indy around 9:30 A.M and got to the park around 11:15. We picked up our tickets at will call then proceeded into the park. We headed for Nick U first. We got on immediately on RR and Scooby Doo's Haunted Mansion. We then headed for The Beast, of course stopping along the way to admire Diamond Backs construction. The pictures really don't do the ride any justice. We walked on The Beast as soon as we got up the que. As always it was an amazing ride and it was my girlfriends first time on the ride. I can officially say we now have another Beast lover. After that it was off to BLSC. It had about a 15 minute wait. It was decent I'm glad they turned the water effects off. I think it was still around 50 degrees at this time. After that it was off to The Vortex. We waited about ten minutes then we were on. Now it was time to eat and I had to take my motion sickness pills. So we headed over to the Festhaus. La'Rosas pizza is still the best. After lunch we headed to Son of Beast. It wasn't as bad as before but it was still pretty rough. After that my girlfriend wanted to do some shopping lol. After shopping we grabbed a quick ride on AE. It was still an amzing ride. Well then we headed back to Firehawk. Of course this was our longest wait of the day made even longer when the ride broke down. It was still only about an hour and a half wait. We walked over to The Racer which had a line outside of the que. Even so it was still only a 15 minute wait. After that it I was hungry again so we headed to Skyline Chili. I had two cony's and she had a chili three way. YUM!!lol. So after eating we headed to FoF which had about a 45 minute wait. Another amazing ride for the day. While in line I heard some pretty interesting things. 1. They use real blood for the Haunts. 2. Son of Beast goes 108mph. 3. That red ride outside the building this is the line for that! ^^HAHA^^ After that it was about 630PM So we headed for our last ride on The Beast. This time it wasn't a walk on but during the waiting in line it had gotten dark. Which made for an amazing ride. Last ride on The Beast for the year was the best I've ever had. After that it was one more ride on The Racer. Again we waited about 15 minutes and we were on. Still an amazing ride. Now it was about 830 and my girlfriend wasn't into being scared so we decided to head home. All in all I think the day was perfect.

Haha I don't think I have ever laughed so hard. Me and my friend Laura were in the very last row on FoF one summer and our friend Matt was sitting in the row directly in front of us. When the operator said all clear Laura and I yelled at the top of our lungs " We don't wanna be clear, We don't wanna be clear." The ride op gets on the speakerphone and says are you guys ok in front of everyone. We start cracking up and we see our friend Matt slowly sink down into his seat his face red as a tomato. We laughed the whole entire time along with most of the rest of the train. Well except for Matt.

Oh my bad lol but yeah i work right by 96th street and i haven't seen a Bahama Breeze there.
-
I have no idea lol I live in Indy.
-
Haha I didn't say it was my favorite I just meant it was a good deal. If I had to choose a favorite it would have to be Bahama Breeze.
-
Haha what about it? *Posted from my T-mobile Sidekick

Yeah we saw a bunch of animals while riding the train. We didn't eat at the crown coloney. But my dad did frequent the Hospitality House quite a few times. Most the times we ate we would leave the park. There's an excellent BBQ buffet down the rhode called Fat Mans BBQ I recomend it to everyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money eating at the park and has a big appetite. *Posted from my T-mobile Sidekick

Sounds like you missed all the glory that is Busch Gardens Africa. Ahh this was back before sheikra was built and we had already been 2 days that week and had 2 more days left to visit. I ended up with a good 50 rides on each montu and kumba and maybe 25 on both sides of gwazi cuz it gave me a headache.

I'll definitely have to agree with you on this one. My first trip to Cedar Point was this last July and I didn't ever want to leave. I was extremely PO'ed at my friends though, the only ride I didn't get to ride was Maverick. They didn't want to wait the hour and a half. Yeah they heard it from me the whole entire 5 hour trip back to Indy.
