Sorry to hear that man. Behemoth is the same way and it's quite unfortunate. I can fit on Behemoth but just barely. Sometimes I have to ram the restraint in to me, and sometimes I don't have to and it's fine. I see people bigger than me make it on the ride without issue. It is all in the thighs. Yeah it's ok and yeah I know my thighs are not fat there muscle so I will have to figure out a way to get them just a little smaller. I did ride The Beast today which gave me a great ride.

It's not your fault thanks for the concern. I'm working on my diet plan and focusing on my legs now to ride next month.

Yeah did see a lot of single riders on the DB train today

Yeah I heard people talking today about it. If you only have a gut you should be fine but try the test seat first and make sure it's a SOLID green.

Yeah I totally agree,America is getting bigger and ride restrains are getting smaller. I mean I even took The Beast for a spin and had no problems.

So did you go to KI and ride DB did you fit ?

Well I took the walk of shame today do you have big thighs if so you most likely will not fit. I have a lot of muscle in my legs and if I only could had got the bar down a 1/2 inch I would had fit. The test is pretty nice there is little light thats red it has to go green that means you can ride. I got in the test seat and the red light turned into flickering green light the guy said i would be alright but yeah I did not ride. I got the shirt though which heck who knows what I will do with it. DB is the only ride in the park i can not ride I can even ride MF and TTD at Cedar Point but not DB explain that to me? Well, the seat belts of MF and TTD prevent me from riding so that sucks. I will be there 4-19-09 for the private party. I mainly have the "gut" unfortunately. TO BEAST1979: Who do you think you are? I have talked with Don Helbig recently about thr Racer. Do you even know what he has to do with The Racer? Needless to say, the newer redesigns have made him not have the enjoyable rides he once had and since we both have the same body type, it was easier to compare him to riding. Maybe you are a "stick" person but most adults left their 18 yr. old bodies a LONG time ago. Plus size people get to enjoy new rollercoasters next year when it will be a requirement to accommodate them/us. I still welcome any comments from plus sized people who can or cannot ride today. Yeah my gut did not play a factor there were people with guts riding just my thighs. I would def try the test and make sure it's a SOLID green before getting in the line. I did ride The Beast and Delirum today though and The Beast is smoother then ever esp. in the final helix.

Sorry Skywriter. Pity, it's such a shame to wait for hours just to be let down. You did try the test seat though, right? Woa hey! Wait a minute! You havn't even ridden this thing yet! You have no room to talk! I think you might just be saying that because you couldn't ride. Yeah I know I did try the test seat and the light turned from red to a flickering Green and the nice man said I should fit. Yeah that comment came from me venting a little I mean I was at the park at 6:44 and I got in the DB que line at 9:15 with the Gold Pass ERT and trust me I will get my DB ride in sometime this year I will have to figure out how to somehow reshape my muscle in my leg or tone it a little better so I fit.

Skywriter took walk of shame today not b.c of my gut it was because of my thighs which are muscular from football not fat. Many people would get in the test seat and there thighs would be too big. So i was pretty much let down today. Diamondback is the only roller coaster I cannot ride in the park I mean I have even ridden MF and TTD which I'm confused why I did not fit on DB I know it was b.c of my leg darn football lifting. I would have to agree DB really is not too special it's just tall.

I will be able to sleep like normal b.c my mind is trained to wake-up at 5am from school so I will be at the park around 7:30 tomorrow. I will be wearing a blue shirt with a skull logo
